NovaSeed
“Can I get real feedback on a sketch before it's finished?”
The question
Musicians already have folders full of works in progress, usually sitting in S3 or Google Drive. What's missing isn't storage, it's a lightweight way to let other people listen and react without forcing every visitor through a signup wall first. NovaSeed answers that: point it at a public folder you already control, and it turns that folder into something people can actually listen to and comment on.
What it does
NovaSeed pulls tracks straight from public S3 or Google Drive folders and plays them in the browser with no login required. When a visitor wants to leave feedback, they sign in with Google once, and every comment they leave after that stays tied to that same identity, so feedback on a track builds into a real conversation over time instead of a pile of anonymous notes.
Source → player → feedback
The flow stays deliberately shallow. A public S3 or Drive folder is the source of truth, so there's no upload step and no duplicate copy of the audio to manage. NovaSeed reads the folder and renders each file as a track page with an in-browser waveform player, playable by anyone with the link. Commenting is the one place that requires an identity: signing in with Google unlocks the comment box, and that identity carries across every track so a listener's history of feedback travels with them. The creator keeps control the whole time: which folder is exposed and whether a profile is public stays a setting they own, not something NovaSeed decides for them.
